The role

Magnolia Senior Care Solutions is bringing on a high volume of Care Managers to meet immediate demand from new clients. Positions are available now — days, evenings, overnights, and weekends — across the Fredericksburg region and surrounding counties.

This is in-home, non-medical care for elderly clients who want to stay independent and comfortable at home. You'll be a consistent, trusted presence in their day.

What you'll do

- Provide companionship — conversation, activities, outings, and emotional support- Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting as needed- Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning- Prepare meals and snacks according to client preferences or dietary needs- Perform light housekeeping — laundry, dishes, tidying common areas- Provide medication reminders (non-administering)- Transport clients to appointments, errands, or social activities- Document observations and communicate changes in client condition to the care team

About you

- Genuine enjoyment of working with older adults — patience and empathy matter most here- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license- Ability to work independently in a client's home with minimal supervision- Comfortable with the physical demands: lifting, standing, and assisting with mobility- Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) is a plus, not required- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
