Lab Techician

Lab Technician — Semano Inc.
Location: Hayward, CA | Full-time, onsite

Semano Inc. is hiring a Lab Technician to support our anodizing operations for components used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This role combines laboratory testing with hands-on support of chemical baths, water systems, and production processes.

Responsibilities

Perform titrations, spectrophotometry, pH and conductivity measurements, and atomic absorption analysis.

Prepare reagents, standard solutions, and calibration standards; record results accurately.

Monitor process baths, assist with bath changes, and replace filters as needed.

Receive chemicals and assist with the preparation and shipment of hazardous waste in accordance with company procedures.

Monitor the pH adjustment system, check chemical levels, replenish chemicals as needed, replace filters, and verify that the system operates correctly. Calibrate its pH electrodes weekly.

Monitor DI water system readings and, when needed, replace mixed-bed and carbon filters in coordination with the Laboratory Manager.

Work closely with Laboratory Management, Production, Quality, and Engineering.
