Hospitality Task Force Leader

The Lighthouse Legacy Group is building its nationwide network of experienced hospitality professionals for future temporary task-force assignments with hotel clients.

We are seeking hospitality leaders interested in project-based assignments supporting hotels during leadership transitions, staffing gaps, operational challenges, openings, and periods of change.

Opportunities may include General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Director of Sales, Front Office Manager/Supervisor, Director of Operations, Rooms leadership, Revenue leadership, and Sales Manager assignments.

What to Expect

• Temporary, contract-based hotel assignments
• Assignment length and location vary by client need
• Travel may be required
• Client-paid lodging is provided for eligible deployment assignments
• Approved travel and meal expenses are handled according to Lighthouse assignment policy
• Compensation varies based on role, experience, assignment scope, and location

Who We’re Looking For

• Hospitality professionals with relevant hotel leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with major hotel brands and property management systems is preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly to new properties, teams, and operating environments
• Willingness to travel for temporary assignments
