Esports Lounge Attendant
The Esports Lounge Attendant position is a part-time, in-person position in the Student Union Recreation Center. The Esports Lounge houses 45 Alienware PCs, 2 Xbox One Series Xs, 2 PS5s, 6 Nintendo Switches, and 1 Wii. Esports Lounge Attendants serve as on-site support members for the Esports Lounge, with a focus on customer service. Esports Lounge Attendants are also responsible for managing equipment and troubleshooting technical issues in the Esports Lounge. This position primarily serves during Recreation Center weekday hours, with other shifts as assigned.

1. Critical Thinking: The Rec Center Esports Lounge Attendants work alone during most shifts. This means they often rely on training and critical thinking to analyze and problem-solve while on shift.
2. Communication: The Rec Center Esports Lounge Attendants must effectively communicate with patrons and the Esports Manager. This includes responding to emails, noting shift changes, and documenting incidents in the space.
3. Professionalism: The Rec Center Esports Lounge Attendants must be able to assist patrons in a professional manor.
