Manufacturing client is hiring for an IT Infrastructure Support opportunity!

💼 IT Infrastructure / Desktop Support
🛠️ Hands-on Technical Support

🔧 What You’ll Work On:

• Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software & peripheral issues
• Deploy, replace & upgrade computers/workstations
• Support employee onboarding & equipment provisioning
• Manage IT assets, inventory & equipment lifecycle
• Troubleshoot wired/wireless networks, VPN & connectivity
• Handle ServiceNow incidents & service requests
• Support printers, conference rooms & collaboration technology
• Assist with infrastructure, cybersecurity & software deployment activities
• Create and maintain technical documentation & procedures

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Enterprise IT/Desktop Support experience
✅ Windows & Microsoft 365
✅ Active Directory & endpoint support
✅ Basic networking & troubleshooting
✅ Strong communication & customer service
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
✅ IT/Computer Science degree or related education is a plus

🌟 Bonus: Manufacturing/engineering IT support, ServiceNow, asset management, cybersecurity, or IT certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft.
