Turn what you are learning in the classroom into technology that supports the aerospace industry . As an Engineering Design Co-Op, you will gain hands-on experience designing products and system solutions, performing engineering analysis, and using CAD/CAE tools. You will also broaden your business knowledge through proposal development, supplier development, and sales support while collaborating with production control and manufacturing teams.
⚙️ What You Will Do
- Design products and system solutions using Siemens NX and SolidWorks while meeting project-hour targets and completion deadlines.
- Prepare proposals and estimates, develop business cases, and coordinate cross-functional projects that help capture and implement new sales opportunities.
- Support Design, Design and Build, and Build-to-Print opportunities from concept through execution.
- Identify target customers and help develop product design and manufacturing solutions that address their needs.
🎯 What You Will Bring
- Mechanical Engineering students in their 2nd / 3rd /4th of study
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office toolset (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Demonstrated proficiency with CAD/CAE toolsets, Siemens NX or SolidWorks
- Demonstrated accountability for timely completion of deliverables
- Energizing, enthusiastic, “can-do” attitude

✨ What Can Help You Stand Out
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Previous internship, co-op, lab, project-team, or related work experience.
- Experience creating, reading, or interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications through coursework, design projects, labs, or previous work experience.
