Looking for an EEC Certified Preschool Teacher

Medfield Children's Center is looking for a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team! We are a well-established early childhood program that has been proudly serving children and families since 1982.

We are looking for a teacher who loves working with young children, enjoys being part of a team, and is committed to creating a fun, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

-Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for preschool-aged children.

-Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.

-Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

-Work collaboratively with teaching partners and the MCC team.

-Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming classroom.

-Follow all Massachusetts EEC regulations and MCC policies and procedures.

-Communicate professionally and positively with families and colleagues.

-Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and classroom activities.

Qualifications:

-Preschool teaching certifications/qualification preferred.

-Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.

-Strong communication and teamwork skills.

-Dependable, responsible, and enthusiastic.

-A genuine love of working with young children.

-Commitment to providing high-quality care education
