Video Editor & Social Media Manager | Songwriting Sanctuary (Austin, TX)

Songwriting Sanctuary is made by songwriters, for songwriters, and our mission is to bring more songs into the world. We're a small Austin-based team, and we're looking for a driven creative to lead our social media launch.

We have months of banked footage ready to go, plus in-person events we film regularly. You'll turn it into short-form content and build our presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and beyond.

What you'll do: 

• Edit raw footage into short-form videos, reels, and posts
• Post and manage our social channels across platforms
• Film and take part in our in-person Songwriting Sanctuary events
• Work closely with our wider team on projects and launches

Who you are:

• Austin-based and able to meet and attend events in-person 
• Skilled at short-form editing, with a strong feel for hooks and what works on social
• Self-driven and excited to help grow a local music brand from the ground up
• You demonstrate initiative and find creative solutions to problems
• You communicate openly and effectively 

This is part-time, and you'd be a core member of a very small team on a mission that matters.
