Colliers | Wisconsin 360 Internship
We are currently seeking qualified intern candidates for the Colliers 360° Summer Internship Program for our Milwaukee, Madison, and Appleton offices. The eleven-week program will begin in May and will expose participants to many facets of the commercial real estate industry. Applications will be accepted from September 28 through October 21, 2026. After submitting your application, you will receive an email inviting you to complete a one-way video interview. The interview must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the email, and all video submissions are due by October 23, 2026.
Program Overview
The 360° Internship Program is designed to provide participants with a macro understanding of the multifaceted real estate industry. The program seeks students from all majors and backgrounds, only requiring an aptitude to learn and a willingness to make a difference in the community and our organization. Participants gain knowledge and real world experience in many aspects of the real estate process including research, brokerage, investment sales, property management, construction, marketing, architecture and development. This 11- week summer program is structured to include site tours, industry events, collaborative workshops and job shadowing, in addition to day-to-day support.
