Palmetto Energy Solutions is a fast-growing fiber internet sales partner operating across NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, and more. Our sales reps are the heart of the business — we booked 2,500+ fiber orders last month and we're scaling the team fast. We need someone to tell that story on Instagram and help us recruit the next wave of reps.
What you'll do
- Own our Instagram: plan, shoot, edit, and post Reels, Stories, and carousels
- Create "day in the life" and POV content with our reps — ride-alongs, wins, team culture, payday moments
- Jump on trending audio and formats and make them work for a sales-team audience
- Build a content calendar and keep a consistent posting cadence
- Track what performs (reach, saves, DMs, applicant clicks) and adjust
- Help design simple recruiting graphics and a "we're hiring" content series
Who you are
- Current student in marketing, communications, media, business, or related — or just someone who's clearly good at this
- You already make content people watch: comfortable on camera and behind it
- Fluent in CapCut / Reels editing, Canva; bonus for Premiere or After Effects
- You understand what makes sales/hustle/entrepreneur content perform on IG and TikTok
- Self-starter who can show up to an office or field team and get footage without hand-holding
- Reliable transportation (some on-site shooting with reps in the field)
