About the opportunity
Join a wellness practice for a supervised internship focused on patient experience, health education, and day-to-day practice operations. You will work with a designated supervisor, receive regular feedback, and complete projects that connect your coursework to a professional setting.
What you’ll do
- Help prepare and organize patient education materials on topics such as nutrition, stress, sleep, and healthy routines. A supervisor will review all materials before use.
- Support appointment preparation, patient communications, and administrative workflows under staff direction.
- Observe appropriate aspects of practice operations and, where permitted, patient visits with patient consent.
- Complete a defined project, such as a reviewed educational handout or an improvement to a patient-facing workflow; dependent upon your major
- This internship does not involve independent diagnosis, treatment, clinical advice, or unsupervised patient care. Any access to patient information will depend on required training and practice approval.

Who should apply
Current students interested in health sciences, nutrition, public health, nursing, exercise science, or a related field are welcome. Strong communication, organization, reliability, and a willingness to learn matter more than prior clinical experience.
