A long established human services agency specializing in IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) services is looking for a Director to oversee its Home and Community-based Services (HCS) program.

About the Role
This is a director-level position responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a Home and Community-based Services program within a well-established IDD agency. The work is hands-on and consequential — the people this program serves depend on the quality and consistency of its leadership.
What you'll do
- Supervise and support a team of case managers, providing direction, accountability, and professional development - Ensure compliance with applicable program principles, regulatory requirements, and billing guidelines - Lead ongoing programmatic audit preparation and coordinate responses to findings - Chair safety and advisory committees, keeping them focused and action-oriented - Collaborate with other department heads and direct care staff to maintain quality care for individuals served - Identify gaps in service delivery and work across teams to close them
About you
Required: - Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, psychology, public health, or a related field - Demonstrated experience working in IDD services - Working knowledge of HCS program requirements and billing practices - Proven ability to supervise staff and manage compliance in a regulated environment
Nice to have: - Experience chairing or participating in safety or advisory committees - Familiarity with audit preparation processes in a human services setting - Strong relationships with direct care personnel.
