Purpose of the Position

The Human Resources Operations Intern will partner with HR teams to improve hiring and onboarding outcomes through data analysis and process improvement. This role will help identify key success factors, support talent initiatives, and contribute to projects that strengthen employee retention and experience.

Main Tasks

• Collaborate with HR Operations and Learning & Development teams through rotational project exposure.
• Analyze hiring, onboarding, retention, and termination data to identify trends associated with successful employee outcomes.
• Review new joiner surveys, manager feedback, and exit survey data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting, selection, and onboarding practices.
• Identify repeatable success indicators for key positions and functional areas.
• Develop recommendations to improve hiring consistency and candidate evaluation methods.
• Assist in creating structured hiring tools and selection criteria based on data-driven insights.
• Establish a sustainable feedback loop connecting hiring decisions, onboarding experiences, employee performance, and retention outcomes.
• Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and project deliverables to HR leadership.

Requirements Profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Junior or Senior 
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential employee and candidate data.
• Creative mindset; able to bring new ideas 
• Experience participating in at least one project (academic or professional) with documented deliverables and outcomes
