Ellison Lawyers is a growing boutique law firm focused on sophisticated, personalized estate planning for individuals and families. We are looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented **Marketing Assistant** to help us strengthen our brand, expand our digital presence, and connect with prospective clients and professional referral partners.

This is a great opportunity for a marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or related student or recent graduate who wants hands-on experience working directly with a small business owner and attorney.

What You'll Do:

* Assist with social media content planning and creation * Help develop and organize content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms * Assist with email marketing and client/professional outreach * Research marketing opportunities, partnerships, and community events * Help maintain and update marketing materials * Assist with photography, video, and behind-the-scenes content for the firm * Track basic marketing activity and engagement * Brainstorm creative ways to increase the firm's visibility and reach * Assist with special projects as the firm grows

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who is:

* Creative and naturally curious * A strong writer and communicator * Organized and dependable * Comfortable with social media and digital marketing * Able to work independently and take initiative * Interested in branding, content creation, and growing a professional service business * Comfortable learning new platforms and tools * Professional and attentive to detail

**Marketing experience is preferred but not required.** We are especially interested in someone with strong communication skills, good judgment, and a genuine interest in learning.

Hours & Compensation

**3–7 hours per week** with a flexible schedule.

The position is based in **Dorchester, Massachusetts**, with flexibility depending on the project and schedule.

**Compensation: $18–$22 per hour**, depending on experience.
