Our growing Salt Lake City-area team is hiring Entry-Level Management Trainees for an ASAP start. No previous sales or management experience is required—we provide hands-on, paid training, ongoing mentorship, and professional development to help you build the skills needed to advance your career.

This is an on-site, customer-facing position where you’ll gain practical experience working directly with customers while representing established brands and retail partners.

What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Management Trainee, you’ll receive training and hands-on experience in:

Interacting with customers in a professional retail environment

Learning how to present products and services based on customer needs

Building strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service

Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions

Supporting sales and marketing campaigns for our clients and retail partners

Generating new sales opportunities and contributing to team goals

Learning sales, marketing, and customer acquisition strategies

Working closely with experienced team members and participating in ongoing training

Developing communication, leadership, sales, and business management skills

Taking on additional responsibilities as you develop and demonstrate leadership ability
