Data Analyst

Location: Remote (Dover, Delaware)

Employment Type: Full-Time Position Type: Job

About the Role We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help turn raw data into clear, actionable insights. You'll work closely with teams across the company to understand what the numbers are saying and help drive smarter decisions.

What you'll do 

- Pull, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to answer business questions 

- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that teams actually use - Work with stakeholders to define metrics and translate business problems into analytical tasks 

- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in large datasets 

- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences - Collaborate with engineering and product teams on data infrastructure and quality

About you 

- 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role 

- Strong SQL skills 

— you're comfortable writing complex queries from scratch 

- Experience with a data visualization tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar) 

- Solid grasp of statistics and comfort with quantitative reasoning 

- Python or R experience is a plus, not a requirement 

- You ask good questions before diving into the data - Attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture

Nice to have 

- Experience with dbt, Airflow, or other data pipeline tools 

- Background in a specific industry (e-commerce, finance, healthcare, etc.) 

- Familiarity with A/B testing and experiment analysis
