I create career content for ambitious women who want to get promoted, build influence, and figure out their next move without burning out. Right now that's 250K+ followers across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn @ItsLizRaman and about 6 million views a month. I also work a full time senior role in tech and founded Supply Chain Gals, so I know exactly what it feels like to want real experience and not know where to get it.

What you'll actually do
Each month you'll turn my Substack posts into carousels, build split screen posts from my templates, and pitch me 2 original ideas of your own. You'll design everything in Canva, write the slide text, and write the captions. You pick when you work, as long as posts are ready on time.

You'll love this if
You're quick in Canva and have strong opinions about fonts. You can take a long piece of writing and find the one line that makes people stop scrolling. You write like you talk. And you're curious about careers, money, and building a life you're proud of.

Where this can go
