Direct Support Professional

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | Flexible Scheduling | Immediate Openings

Looking for more than just another caregiving job?

At Inspire Home and Health, we support adults with autism and intellectual/developmental disabilities in living more active, independent, and meaningful lives.

We are growing throughout Chester County and are looking for energetic, dependable people who genuinely enjoy helping others.

You do not need to have worked as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) before.

If you have experience in autism support, behavioral health, education, special education, childcare, healthcare, CNA work, caregiving, coaching, mental health, or working with individuals with disabilities, we would love to speak with you.

This Is Not Your Typical Caregiving Position

  • Going to libraries, community events, classes, or local activities
  • Cooking and working on meal preparation
  • Practicing communication and social skills

  • Helping someone explore volunteer or employment opportunities
  • Building routines and greater independence
  • Supporting individuals with autism or intellectual disabilities with their personal goals

Our goal isn't simply to "fill hours." We want our staff to engage, motivate, and make a meaningful impact on the individuals they support.
