Salary - $40,000 - $45,000

Position Overview

The Communications Director oversees Broadmoor United Methodist Church’s internal and external communications while also assisting with hospitality, office, and campus-related responsibilities.

This position is both creative and administrative. The ideal candidate is someone who can manage multiple communication channels, coordinate with ministry leaders and staff, create promotional materials, maintain accurate information across the campus, and help ensure that Broadmoor presents a welcoming and organized experience to members, guests, and the community.

The Communications Director is responsible for helping maintain and strengthen Broadmoor’s brand, voice, vision, and mission across all platforms. Whether through a social media post, printed piece, email, website, signage, or in-person interaction, communications should be welcoming, clear, consistent, and reflective of Christ.

Most importantly, the Communications Director helps tell the story of who we are, what we believe, and how people can connect and take their next step in faith.

Educational Requirements - B/A preferred with documented experience in the communication field.
