Support use of common digital tools and systems, such as email, shared drives, Teams/Zoom, FaceTime, assistive technologies, accessibility features, and basic system navigation for new staff.
Offer guidance, including creating simple “how-to” instructions and helping people build confidence using technology.
Assist with appropriate digital administration tasks, such as data entry, spreadsheet formatting, maintaining digital records, and supporting IT equipment inventory.
Help keep devices ready for use across the hospice by preparing, resetting, cleaning, charging, and installing apps where needed.
