United Energy Services is expanding its commercial energy team in North Dallas and looking for motivated individuals interested in sales, business development, and entrepreneurship.

As a Commercial Energy Advisor, you'll work directly with local businesses while developing real-world experience in B2B sales, networking, account development, and the commercial energy industry.

What You'll Do Daily

Build relationships with local businesses and decision-makers
Review commercial energy accounts and develop solutions
Prospect, network, and develop new business opportunities
Manage opportunities through our CRM and brokerage platform
Build a long-term customer and referral network
Participate in ongoing sales and industry training

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are competitive, coachable, dependable, and comfortable meeting new people.

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. Students and recent graduates interested in Business, Marketing, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Economics, or Communications are encouraged to apply.

Choose Your Starting Path

Training Model
Designed for individuals new to sales. Includes fixed weekly training compensation plus reduced commissions while participants receive hands-on training and meet defined activity expectations.

Standard Model
Designed for new Advisors with sales experience ready for our full speed performance-based compensation structure, including higher commissions, performance bonuses, and ongoing residual income.

Successful Advisors can also pursue opportunities in leadership and team development as our organization grows.

Training & Development

New Advisors receive hands-on training in prospecting, consultative selling, commercial energy, CRM and pipeline management, account development, and professional networking.

Our North Dallas office is located inside the HEXA Innovation Center in Richardson, just minutes from UT Dallas.
