Internship, Project Manager, Sales & Delivery Operations (Winter/Spring 2027)
Tesla is seeking a driven and detail-oriented intern to support our Sales and Delivery Operations team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing Tesla’s sales pipeline, delivery processes, and customer experience strategies. Interns will also contribute to field training initiatives, helping ensure operational excellence across Tesla’s regional markets.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery Program Manager to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring seamless vehicle sales and delivery processes
- Analyze data related to vehicle sales, customer experience, and delivery timelines, providing actionable insights for operational improvements
- Assist in coordinating sales generation and vehicle delivery events and optimizing customer experience touchpoints
- Work with Regional Field Trainers to create and refine training materials focused on sales techniques, customer engagement, and delivery excellence
- Conduct evaluations of training programs through data collection and feedback analysis, ensuring continuous improvement in training
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve Tesla’s sales and delivery processes, including digital tools and automation enhancements
- Conduct research to benchmark Tesla’s operational performance
- Provide administrative and logistical support for ongoing projects within the Sales and Delivery team
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Operations, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Impeccable organizational skills and acute attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and proactively seek clarification when needed
- Strong ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal business functions
- Must be located in Southern Flordia
