Speech-Language Pathologist
Required Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Illinois Early Intervention (EI) Credential or actively in the process of obtaining (we can assist)
• Experience as Speech Language Pathologist with children (birth to 3 years old) or with experience in communication (speech/language) or swallowing (eating/drinking) disorders or delays that would impactcommunication or feeding
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one speech-language therapy services to children (birth to age 3) in their natural environments (home or daycare)
• Conduct initial evaluations/assessments, six-month reviews, and discharge summaries in compliance with Early Intervention requirements
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) goals
• Monitor progress and adjust goals and interventions as needed
• Create and utilize play-based curriculum to support communication development
• Educate and empower families through home education programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company policies, State and Federal regulations, and professional standards
• Collaborate with other professionals on the Early Intervention team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
