Behavioral Technician | Neurodevelopmental Disorders Unit | 2nd Shift
Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay: $15.57 – $21.79/hour + shift differentials & incentives
Location: Pine Rest
Setting: Onsite | Weekend and holiday availability required
Education & Qualifications
- 6+ months of post-high school education in behavioral sciences or a related field preferred
- CNA certification OR 1–2 years of college education preferred
- Experience supporting individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, developmental delays, or behavioral health needs is a plus
- Ability to assist with personal care, behavioral support, crisis prevention, and daily living skills
- Must successfully complete required background check, education verification, and pre-employment drug screen
About the Role
Join Pine Rest’s new specialized neurodevelopmental disorders program serving children with autism, intellectual disabilities, and co-occurring psychiatric needs.
You’ll provide hands-on support, maintain a safe therapeutic environment, assist with daily living needs, participate in behavioral interventions, and work alongside a multidisciplinary treatment team.
