Office of Grants


As a(n) Senior Grants Data Standards Analyst, you will:

  • Conducts complex management and program analyses related to implementation of the GREAT Act and the Federal Integrated Business Framework (FIBF) for Grants, identifying risks, gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assesses alignment of grants data standards with statutory requirements, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance, Federal grants regulations, and Departmental policies, and recommends corrective or enhancement strategies.
  • Collaborates with officials from OMB, Federal grant-making agencies, shared service providers, and standards bodies to analyze and support adoption of grants data standards.
  • Prepares briefings, presentations, and written analyses translating complex technical and analytical findings into clear, actionable information for diverse audiences.
  • Leads analytical workstreams or projects by establishing analytical frameworks, methodologies, milestones, and deliverables.
