About the role

InCast is staffing a high-energy Pregame Pour Tour activation at the Chili Cookoff Festival in Grand Rapids. Crew will work guest-facing and support roles across photo, serve, games, gifting, and lounge touchpoints. Must be 21+.

Open roles and shifts (Sat, Sept 26)

•  Team Lead — 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

•  Brand Ambassador — $30/hr — 10:30 AM–4:00 PM

•  Bartender Brand Ambassador — $35/hr — 10:30 AM–4:00 PM — TIPS required

•  Production Assistant — $35/hr — 7:30 AM–11:00 AM

•  Production Assistant — $35/hr — 3:30 PM–7:00 PM

•  On-Site Backup — 7:15 AM–9:15 AM

•  On-Site Backup — 10:15 AM–12:15 PM

What you’ll do

•  Greet guests and keep the activation moving

•  Support photo moments, kitchen-style serve, hydration, games, gifting, and lounge energy

•  Follow lead direction, stay on-brand, and help with setup/breakdown as assigned

•  Bartender BAs pour only with current TIPS

Ideal profile

•  Outgoing, guest-facing, high energy

•  Comfortable in a festival / pregame environment

•  Reliable transportation to 819 Ottawa Ave NW

•  Available for the full shift you apply for

•  21 or older on September 26, 2026

•  TIPS required for bartender roles; list status in your application
