Pay: $4,000/month, paid twice per month via Zelle ($2,000 each pay)

About the role
On-site manager for an art gallery hotel in Columbus with rooms on Airbnb and a lounge / social club. You keep guests handled, maintenance scheduled, the building running, and lounge events coordinated. Learn more at kollektiv.haus.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests
- Hold a daily meeting with cleaning staff to start the day and set priorities
- Monitor Airbnb and guest messaging daily; resolve issues before they become reviews
- Schedule and coordinate contractors, cleaners, and maintenance; follow each job through to completion
- Coordinate building access, timing, and walkthroughs for maintenance
- Inventory management and ordering for cleaners and for room service
- Deliver room service orders when needed
- Source new art and manage art inventory, including artist coordination
- Event scheduling and coordination for the lounge / social club (bookings, setup timing, vendor/staff handoff)
- Keep rooms, common areas, and the lounge guest-ready
- Keep ownership updated on what’s open, what’s blocked, and what needs a decision
Compensation
- $4,000 per month
- Paid $2,000 twice per month via Zelle
- One free weeknight hotel stay per month
