Automation Controls Engineer - Entry Level

As an Automation Controls Engineer with MartinCSI you will be part of a system integration team putting technology to work in industrial controls and automation. You get to design and develop control system applications. Typically includes Electrical Design, PLC programming and HMI/SCADA development. Additional project applications may include Risk Assessments, Vision Applications, Motion Applications and Robotics.

MartinCSI engineers work with a variety of technologies, following well-defined standards and practices. Engineering work is performed in an office environment and on-site at client facilities. Strong logic and reasoning skills, taking initiative, being self-motivated to work on multiple projects is vital.

· Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline (Electrical Engineering)

· Internship in manufacturing environment

· Knowledge of PLC programming or Assembly language programming

· Knowledge of AutoCAD electrical

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects

· Ability to travel to and work at customer locations (sometimes on short notice)

· Lives in or around the Columbus, Ohio Metro area

· US Citizenship or otherwise authorized to work in the United States without a Visa.
