Tech Lead Coding camps

Looking to gain high-value technical leadership and real-world management experience? We are hiring a Tech Lead to help us inspire and guide the next generation of young programmers during the upcoming school half-terms at Aldenham School!

This is an ideal role for university students or aspiring tech professionals looking to build high-impact CV credentials in team leadership, technical instruction, and project oversight.

What You’ll Gain & Do:

CV-Boosting Leadership: Step up as the lead technical presence on site—managing classroom flow, running daily coding sessions, and mentoring both students and support staff.

Develop Young Developers: Lead enthusiastic kids through hands-on coding projects, helping them troubleshoot logic, think like software engineers, and bring their ideas to life.

Zero Curriculum Design: We provide all the course materials, project guides, and tech setups. You focus 100% of your energy on delivering engaging sessions and mentoring learners.

The Tech: Guiding projects in 2D/3D Game Design, App Development, Python/JavaScript fundamentals, Robotics, and Minecraft Education.

The Details:

The Location: Aldenham School, Elstree, Radlett, Hertfordshire (WD6 3AJ)

The Dates: Upcoming Half-Term Break (Monday – Friday)

The Pay: £95–£125 per day

Who it’s for: Energetic university students or recent grads with a strong computer science background, confident technical skills, and natural leadership ability.
