Student Worker, Quotations

Job Description
The Student Worker, Quotations assists the Quotations team by monitoring assigned Outlook inboxes, entering quote requests into the system, sending the requests to the analysts and/or customers as well as assisting with various projects. This position requires excellent customer service as well as dependability.

Responsibilities
* Monitor Outlook inboxes.
* Enter quote requests into IQS and Mainframe.
* Determine whether the quote can be sent to the customer or if it requires analyst review and take appropriate action.
* Communicate with team members and customers.
* Handle quote bookings.
* Create and send bills of lading.
* Participate in special projects.
* Work in a team setting to accomplish department goals.
* Other duties and projects, as assigned.

Requirements
Education:
* Pursuing Bachelor's Degree, preferred

Experience:
* No prior experience necessary

Computer Skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent Excel, spreadsheet and reporting skills.

Other Details
Work Hours:
* This is a part time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.

Travel Requirements:
* Minimal (0%-25%)

Compensation:
* This is an hourly position paid biweekly.
