Youth Volleyball Coach

Youth Grass Volleyball Coach – San Diego County

Rising Stars Development League (RSDL) is launching a new Youth Grass Volleyball Development Program for boys and girls ages 8–13.

We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and experienced Volleyball Coach who enjoys working with kids and can create a fun, positive environment while teaching fundamental volleyball skills.

Responsibilities

Lead weekend youth volleyball sessions on grass

Teach fundamentals including passing, setting, serving, movement, and communication

Keep players active, engaged, and encouraged

Introduce small-sided games such as 2v2, 3v3, and 4v4

Adjust instruction for different ages and skill levels

Create a positive, safe, and fun environment for beginners

Help players build confidence, teamwork, and volleyball skills

Qualifications

Previous volleyball playing and/or coaching experience required

Experience working with children or youth sports preferred

Positive, patient, energetic personality

Reliable and professional

Comfortable coaching beginners and different skill levels

Must be available on weekends — Saturday or Sunday

Reliable transportation to program location
