YESCO Business Coaching thinks of itself as the closet organizers of the managerial world. Most organizations have great people on their team, but often lack the kind of structure needed to optimize their work.

2. Project: Rebuilding the Management Program

This project matters to YESCO Management Solutions because its management program currently runs on a patchwork of Google Workspace tools (Sites, Drive, Sheets, Docs) that limits its ability to scale the system for outside clients. The company is looking for a student team to reimagine and rebuild the program on a modern stack — Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel, with shadcn/ui and Tailwind for the interface — working directly with the YESCO team to translate the existing Google Workspace-based workflow into a purpose-built software environment.
