Grasshopper Kids is hiring independent contractor part-time teachers to lead elementary school enrichment classes (4th grade) across San Jose.
Teach What You Love — the Way You Want
We’re not your typical school program. At Grasshopper Kids, you’ll:
- Design your own curriculum without scripts or rigid lesson plans
- Teach subjects you're passionate about: Arts & Crafts, STEM, Sports, Music, Languages, Cooking, and more
- Collaborate with kids to co-create hands-on, joyful learning experiences
- Keep the spark in your teaching so you teach with freedom, creativity, and fun
Details:
- Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday shifts (8AM to 3PM) over a multi-month period; no guaranteed hours.
- Location: In-person at local schools (K–8)
- Job Type: Independent Contractor (part-time)
Compensation:
- $40/hour
- $250 material reimbursement
