As a Supevisory Intelligence Operations Specialist (Identity Intelligence Branch Chief) you will:

• Advise Division Director and others on intelligence findings and recommend positions.
• Responsible for working in and leading a team environment and is expected to interact with senior government officials.
• Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of identity intelligence programs and operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, departmental objectives, and evolving mission requirements while managing risk and optimizing mission outcomes.
• Organize work, sets priorities, and determines resource requirements; determines short- or long-term goals and strategies to achieve them; coordinates with other organizations or parts of the organization to accomplish goals; monitors progress and evaluates outcomes.
• Demonstrate personal initiative, innovation, integrity, openness, and respect in dealing with coworkers, peers, customers, stakeholders, teams, and collaborative networks across the identity intelligence community.
• Establish and maintain effective partnerships with internal HHS components and federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international partners to enhance information sharing, integrate identity intelligence capabilities, and support coordinated screening, vetting, and threat mitigation efforts.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following:

• Advising senior leaders on identity intelligence policies (screening, vetting, targeting) and governing legal frameworks ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards.
• Leading and guiding a team of identity intelligence analysts (all-source analysts working a vetting or targeting mission); effectively conducting performance reviews and delivering actionable and constructive feedback that improved officers' performance and deliverables.
• Reviewing/editing and delivering analysis and actionable intelligence - ensuring clarity, timeliness, and usability of information - to support intelligence operations and law enforcement investigations, strengthening mission outcomes and organizational decision-making.
• Leading outreach efforts to build and maintain constructive, collaborative relationships with the Intelligence Community, Law Enforcement, and other national security stakeholders across the identity intelligence and CI investigative mission space.
