Campus Lead
Preserve Campus Lead
About Preserve
Preserve is a private digital gift for the people who matter most.
Through words, photos, videos, and voice, Preserve helps people tell someone what they mean to them and turn those memories into something worth keeping.
Our mission is simple:
Everyone should know they are loved.
The Role
We’re looking for a small group of exceptional students to bring Preserve to their campuses.
This is not a traditional campus ambassador role. You won’t be handing out flyers or posting a required number of Instagram Stories.
You’ll own one question:
Can you make Preserve spread through your campus?
You’ll introduce Preserve to students, find the communities where it resonates, experiment with ways to get people involved, and help us understand what makes someone create a Preserve, give it to someone, and inspire that person to create one too.
You’ll work directly with Preserve’s founder and have significant freedom to figure out what works.
What You’ll Do
Get students to create, publish, and give Preserves
Introduce Preserve through your campus and personal network
Build relationships with sororities, fraternities, student organizations, athletic teams, clubs, and other communities
Experiment with events, partnerships, referrals, QR codes, and other growth ideas
Identify where Preserve spreads most naturally
Track results through your unique Campus Lead link/code
Share what you’re learning directly with the founder
You’ll also help bring the Preserve Street Series to your campus by talking with students about the people and memories that matter to them.
Questions might include:
Who is someone you don’t tell enough what they mean to you?
What’s something someone did for you that you’ll never forget?
The best moments may become Preserve content for TikTok, Instagram, and other channels, with participants’ permission.
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be an influencer or have thousands of followers.
We’re looking for someone who is connected, trusted, resourceful, competitive, and good with people.
You might be the person who:
Knows people across different groups on campus
Naturally brings people together
Understands what feels authentic instead of overly marketed
Isn’t afraid to approach someone they don’t know
Likes experimenting and figuring things out
Gets motivated by seeing how far they can take something
We care much more about initiative, judgment, creativity, and your ability to move people than your major or previous marketing experience.
Compensation
You’ll earn $20/hour for approximately 15-20 hours per week.
There is also meaningful performance upside.

These bonuses are in addition to hourly compensation and are not cumulative. If you reach 2,000 paid Preserves, for example, your total milestone bonus is $10,000.
Only legitimate paid Preserves attributable to your Campus Lead program count. Free or test purchases, refunds, chargebacks, duplicates, fraudulent activity, or other non-genuine transactions do not qualify.
Full measurement and attribution rules will be provided before the program begins.
What Success Looks Like
We’re not primarily measuring followers, views, or likes.
We’re looking for something more interesting:
Someone creates a Preserve. They give it to someone. That person experiences it. Then they think of someone they want to make one for.
The goal is to help Preserve begin spreading through your campus without you needing to initiate every interaction.
You’ll get hands-on experience in consumer growth, content, community, partnerships, and word-of-mouth distribution, with measurable results you can put on your resume.
Top-performing Campus Leads may be considered for expanded leadership or future growth opportunities with Preserve.
Before You Apply
Spend a few minutes with Preserve at thisispreserve.com.
Then email hello@thisispreserve.com with answers to:
Why Preserve? What about the product or mission actually resonates with you?
Who would you show first? What person, group, or community on your campus comes to mind?
One idea: How would you get students to stop, care, and actually make one?
We’re looking for the person who reads this and immediately thinks:
“I already know the first 20 people I’d show this to.”
Everyone should know they are loved.
