Community Engagement Coordinator
The Community Engagement Coordinator will lead our public outreach efforts, fostering collaboration and promoting equitable access to our services. A key work area is the MCHFoundation’s Elder Care Support Program. Various funding sources have allowed the MCHFoundation to launch this innovative new program along the 100-mile coastal areas from Gualala to Westport.
• Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience demonstrating knowledge of standard business skills, non-profit grant management, or project administration.
• Grant Management Experience: at least one year of experience managing state, federal, or foundation grants or the equivalent.
• Financial Acumen: ability to manage project budgets, invoicing, forecasting, and grant reporting.
• Nonprofit Experience: Understanding of nonprofit management, strategic planning, board governance, and organizational sustainability is highly desirable.
