Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Wonderment Therapies is looking for a caring, energetic Registered Behavior Technician to help children learn and grow through play, everyday routines, and meaningful connections. You’ll work directly with children and families as part of a collaborative pediatric OT, speech, and ABA team.
What you’ll do
- Provide one-on-one ABA services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Help children build communication, play, social, daily living, and coping skills.
- Follow individualized treatment plans while adapting activities to each child’s interests and needs.
- Collect accurate session data and complete documentation on time.
- Communicate with your supervising BCBA and collaborate with the broader care team.
- Create a welcoming, respectful experience for children and families.
What we’re looking for
- Current RBT certification, or willingness to complete the required training and certification process.
- A genuine interest in working with children, including children with autism.
- Patience, reliability, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or pediatric care is helpful, but we welcome applicants who are new to the field.
