Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Wonderment Therapies is looking for a pediatric occupational therapist who believes therapy should be meaningful, playful, and built around each child’s strengths. You’ll work alongside our speech, occupational therapy, and ABA teams to help children and families across western North Dakota build skills for everyday life.

What you’ll do

Evaluate children’s participation in daily activities, including play, self-care, school tasks, and routines at home.

Develop individualized goals and provide engaging, evidence-informed treatment.

Support areas such as sensory processing, regulation, fine motor skills, feeding, executive functioning, and independence.

Partner with caregivers to create practical strategies they can use outside therapy.

Collaborate with other providers and complete timely documentation.

What we’re looking for

An occupational therapy degree and an active North Dakota OT license, or eligibility for licensure.

A passion for working with children and families. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Strong communication skills, creativity, and a collaborative approach to care.
