Wonderment Therapies is seeking a pediatric physical therapist who loves helping children move, play, and participate more fully in everyday life. You’ll join a collaborative team of occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and behavior professionals serving families in Dickinson and surrounding rural communities.
What you’ll do
- Evaluate children’s strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and gross motor development.
- Create individualized treatment plans with meaningful goals for each child and family.
- Provide play-based therapy in the clinic and, as appropriate, community settings.
- Coach caregivers on practical ways to support progress between visits.
- Collaborate with the child’s care team and complete timely clinical documentation.
- Help shape our physical therapy program as Wonderment grows into its new 4,000-square-foot clinic.
What we’re looking for
- A degree in physical therapy and an active North Dakota PT license, or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience with children or a strong interest in pediatric practice.
- A warm, creative approach to care and a commitment to working with families.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills.
We welcome both experienced pediatric PTs and newer graduates eager to grow with mentorship and a supportive team.
