Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)
CDB Global Partners is seeking a highly organized and responsive Part-Time Recruitment Coordinator to support an executive-level search. You'll work directly with the Founder & President of a boutique leadership and talent consulting firm, who will lead the talent strategy, candidate assessment, and client relationship. You'll own much of the day-to-day recruiting coordination, keeping the candidate pipeline, scheduling, communications, and recruiting process organized and moving forward. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the full executive search and selection process while building your experience in talent strategy.
Position Details- Location: Remote; Greater Boston preferred (Eastern Time required)
- Engagement: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Hours: Approx. 8 hours/week; highly flexible around class schedules
- Duration: Approx. 4–5 months
- Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
- Internship Eligibility: May qualify for an internship through your college or university.
- Post and maintain job openings across selected recruiting platforms.
- Manage the ATS and keep candidate records and pipeline stages up-to-date.
- Conduct initial resume/application reviews against established qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, Zoom links, and related logistics.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout the process.
- Track candidate progress and provide basic pipeline/status reporting.
- Support occasional marketing, research, or content development projects based on interest and capacity.
- 1+ year of previous Talent Acquisition, recruiting, or HR experience, including corporate internships or university co-ops.
- Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with platforms such as Greenhouse, Taleo, Workday, Breezy, or similar systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a high level of responsiveness.
- Excellent written communication and mature, professional candidate interaction.
- Ability to manage deadlines, work independently, and follow through with limited supervision.
- Availability for weekly check-ins and occasional time-sensitive scheduling during Eastern Time business hours.
- Executive or professional-level recruiting experience is helpful but not required.
A graduate student, recent co-op, or undergraduate HR/Management student with previous recruiting or HR internship/co-op experience who is looking for flexible, part-time work and exposure to executive talent strategy.
