Position Overview

You will deliver telehealth psychotherapy to an adult caseload while practicing under a New York LMHC or LCSW license. Scheduling, intake, and insurance billing are handled by our operations team so you can focus on clinical work.

Core Duties

  • Conduct 25 to 30 video sessions per week once your caseload ramps. (ramp takes 2-3 months)
  • Complete diagnostic intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes within 24 hours.
  • Deliver CBT, ACT, ERP, CPT, and other evidence-based interventions.

Training and Supervision

  • 6 week dual track training - foundation and documentation.
  • Robust onboarding and ongoing training in evidence-based modalities and measurement-based care.
  • Weekly individual supervision plus a small peer consultation group.
  • Continuous skills training at no cost to you. (Supervision and Training equivalent to $14,000 market value provided free of charge)

Minimum Requirements

  • New York License in Mental Health Counseling or Clinical Social Work.
  • Private, secure work-from-home space with reliable high-speed internet.
  • Ability to pass NY OMH background screening.

***Only accepting Licensed Mental Health Counselors or Clinical Social Workers who are able to obtain or already have their Full License in the state of New York***

Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in an additional language (Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, Bengali, ASL).

Compensation

  • Initially $55 per billable hour. Bonus structure for clients seen over 30 per week (+5$ per)
  • 25-30 sessions per week
  • Transitions to salaried position at $89,100 per year.

  • Flexible self-managed calendar with at least one evening block required.
