Social Media Coordinator Intern

We're looking for a creative, motivated Social Media Coordinator to help tell our story and grow our community. You'll work directly with the founder and have real ownership over how 4EIGNERS shows up online, not just coffee-run tasks. Since our community lives on California campuses, we're looking for someone who's here in the state and can connect with students where they are.

What You'll Do

• Plan and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Create engaging posts, short-form videos, and stories that speak to international students
• Build and maintain a content calendar
• Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages and joining conversations
• Track performance and share ideas on what's working
• Help us spot trends and campaign ideas that resonate with student audiences

Who You Are

• Currently located in California (student at a California university or recent graduate living in the state)
• Comfortable with social platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok
• A strong communicator with a good eye for content and design
• Organized, self-motivated, and reliable
• Curious about startups and excited to learn
• Bonus: you're an international student or have experience studying abroad, and you know firsthand what our community needs. Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus, too.
