Social Media Manager/Website Designer

Location: Redlands, California / Chino, California / San Juan Capistrano, California (Hybrid)Employment Type: Part-Time

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, proactive, and self-motivated person to manage our social media platforms and existing website. This isn't a "post and ghost" job — you'll own our digital presence, keep our research and online content current, and bring ideas that actually move the needle.

What you'll do

- Manage and update our social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)- Maintain and update the company website, including content, imagery, and basic coding as needed- Keep research and online content accurate and up to date- Create engaging posts, graphics, and written content that reflect our brand voice- Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements- Support broader marketing initiatives when needed- Spot opportunities to grow our online presence and bring fresh ideas to the table

About you

- You take initiative — you don't wait to be told what to post or fix- Strong attention to detail; typos and broken links bother you- Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS or willing to learn quickly- Familiar with social media platforms and how to build an audience on each- Can write clearly and concisely- Some experience with website CMS platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, etc.)- Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus

Nice to have

- Background in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field- Experience with SEO basics- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
