Creator Partnerships Talent Manager
Join OVO Talent in a creator operations role built around thoughtful relationships and clean execution. We are hiring a Creator Partnerships Talent Manager in San Diego to own day-to-day creator relationships and keep brand partnerships moving.
You will learn each creator’s goals, audience, rates, availability, and brand preferences; identify and evaluate brand opportunities; help prepare pitches, offers, and meetings; and keep contracts, approvals, deadlines, and deliverables organized. You will document conversations and next steps in the CRM, prepare creators for important calls, surface risks early, and help evaluate potential new creators.

Creators know what is happening and what comes next. Opportunities are matched thoughtfully. Important messages do not get lost. Problems are surfaced early. Every creator relationship feels personal, professional, and well managed.
What we are looking for
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organization and reliable follow-through
- Good judgment with confidential information
- Interest in creators, social platforms, and brand partnerships
- Comfort learning CRM software and operating processes
Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, account management, sales, hospitality, recruiting, or client service is helpful.
Location: San Diego, California. Onsite.
Schedule: Full time, permanent.
Expected pay: $90,000 to $100,000 per year.
Eligibility: US work authorization required. CPT and OPT candidates accepted.
