Spring 2027 Architectural Co-op

New Republic Architecture is seeking a passionate architectural co-op to join our team to work in a collaborative environment alongside design professionals at all levels. Candidates will work on various multi-family project types ranging from historic rehabilitations to new-build projects, across all phases of the design process.  Candidates typically assist with feasibility studies, schematic design, and construction documentation for projects across Greater Cincinnati to gain hands-on experience in how a project comes to life. Candidates can expect to work alongside project consultants to learn how the disciplines work together to create functional and intentional spaces. Finally, candidates will have the opportunity to explore the work we do in tangible ways through site visits and field verification work.
