Seeking Entry Level Engineering Data & Process Analyst (Contract to Hire)

***US Citizen OR Green Card Holder required***

(Job # 5171)  This position is intended for recent graduates beginning their professional career.

Eng Contractor (Job # 5171) Savannah, GA (Fresh out, developing reports, technical documentation,  Excel, Power BI, Tableau, power automation)

Open due to expansion; recent grad, will be working in the Airframe Structures Group (1 opening) 

4 year Contract/Temp to Perm/ Hire 

Please note: This is a contract position, and benefits such as holiday pay, vacation pay, and PTO are not included during the contract period.

**US Citizen or Green Card Holder required**

Must PASS drug screen and background check 

Target Pay rate ranges are 50-58/ per hour

• Demonstrated experience organizing, managing, analyzing, or presenting information through academic coursework, internships, student organizations, personal projects, or prior work experience.
• Fundamental understanding of information management, business processes, data analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering, manufacturing, quality, IT, and other cross-functional teams.

Preferred candidates will also have:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering with a Computer Science minor, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneNote, or similar collaboration platforms.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, or data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience creating procedures, technical documentation, training materials, or knowledge repositories.
• Exposure to workflow automation tools such as Power Automate or equivalent technologies.
• Internship, co-op, undergraduate research, student leadership, or project experience involving data analysis, software tools, process improvement, or technical documentation.
• Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, or other technical business environments.

The candidate will be ultimately responsible for supporting engineering methods, knowledge management, and digital solutions by:
• Supporting the administration and maintenance of SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and other collaboration tools.
• Collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data to support departmental reporting and decision making.
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, metrics, and visualizations.
• Creating, updating, and maintaining procedures, work instructions, training materials, and other technical documentation.
• Supporting document review, publication, revision control, and information governance activities.
• Supporting knowledge management initiatives to improve information accessibility, retention, and reuse.
• Assisting with workflow improvements and automation efforts using approved business tools.
• Providing user support and training for departmental methods, tools, and knowledge resources.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Preparing presentations, status reports, metrics summaries, and other communications for leadership and stakeholders
