Marketing Analytics Intern

The purpose of this position is to learn through immersion within the Marketing Data & Analytics team. The intern will support analysis and reporting on the business's Digital CX and eCommerce platforms throughout the summer, closing with a final presentation to the Executive Leadership Team. This is an opportunity to build foundational skills in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication. This role is a strong step toward a long-term career in business analytics or data science. 

 

What You Will Do at Graco  

The Marketing Analytics Intern may assist in a number of projects and support roles within the Marketing Data & Analytics team. Assignments may include: 

Assist in compiling and analyzing data on web traffic, e-commerce performance, and product information for team reporting 

Support the development of reports using data visualization tools, helping present key metrics in a clear, standardized format 

Assist with ad-hoc analyses to help identify trends or flag data discrepancies for the team to investigate 

Help prepare summaries of findings for internal stakeholders across the marketing organization 

Gain exposure to analytics and customer feedback tools such as Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, and GA4 by supporting report generation and data pulls 

Support cross-functional coordination by helping gather data needs from web, eCommerce, and digital marketing teams 

Present findings and project work to the Executive Leadership Team

What You Will Bring to Graco 

Sophomore or Junior pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business from an accredited university 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Strong interpersonal skills 

Proficient Microsoft Office usage skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently on assigned projects 

 

Accelerators 

Exposure to programming languages R, SQL, Python 

Experience applying large language models to enhance insights
