Freelance On-Site Manager

Entire Productions is seeking reliable, motivated Freelance On-Site Managers to support corporate and special events throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a paid, hourly opportunity offering hands-on experience in live event production.

Responsibilities include supporting event logistics, coordinating vendors and event staff, managing run-of-show timelines, assisting with setup and execution, and troubleshooting on-site needs.

Ideal candidates are professional, dependable, organized, proactive, and strong communicators who work well in fast-paced environments. Previous event production experience is not required. This role is especially well suited for hospitality and event management students seeking practical industry or internship experience. Evening and weekend availability may be required.
