Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate as required by MDE. 

Elementary K-5 All Subjects (ZG) Endorsement 

Preferred: 

Previous classroom teaching experience in a comparable district.

Salary/Benefits:

Commensurate with credentials and level of experience and in accordance with MPS salary schedule.  Starting range $53,887-$78,454.

Eligible for Michigan ORS retirement plan for public school employees.

Paid time off includes ten (1) sick leave day, three (3) personal days, and two (2) professional improvement days, 72 hours of ESTA leave.
