Tuskes Homes is a fourth generation, family owned homebuilder and real estate investment company that has been building throughout the Lehigh Valley and Northeastern Pennsylvania since 1969. Our homebuilding operations generate cash that flows into related land development and investment entities. What You'll Do

This role is forward-looking and analytical. You will build and maintain the financial reporting that ownership relies on every week, working directly with the President.

  • Build and maintain weekly cash flow projections across all entities
  • Coordinate cash management between operating and investment entities
  • Maintain the production budget with forward-looking cash flow forecasting
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting
  • Maintain loan schedules and draw schedules
  • Maintain intercompany due to and due from balances across all entities
  • Provide accounts payable and operational support
  • Take on margin analysis and special projects as the business grows

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • One to three years of experience, with a public accounting or CPA firm background strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with reconciliations, multi-entity or multi-client accounting, and working across different business types
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and clean, well-organized workbooks
  • Detail oriented with strong follow through and a high standard for accuracy
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment and able to manage several projects at once
  • You do not need to know homebuilding. Everything specific to our business can be learned on the job

Nice to Have

  • Experience with MARKS Systems, QuickBooks, or AppFolio
  • Exposure to construction, real estate, or land development accounting
    CPA or CPA candidate

Why This Role

You will work directly with ownership and see the full picture of the business faster than you would almost anywhere else. This is not a seat in a large accounting department where you own one piece of a close. You will build the reporting that drives real decisions, and you will watch those decisions play out in the ground.

This role is fully on site at our office located at 4511 Falmer Drive, Bethlehem, PA 18020, five days a week. Candidates must be able to commute to the Lehigh Valley on their own. Relocation and housing assistance are not provided.
